The participants in the panel were : m Nikola Šlajh, the president of EpuS - Zr, Aleksandar Bogdanović European movement in Serbia, prof. doktor Dragan Prlja, lawyers for democracy and Dragan Jarić a monitor in Zrenjanin.
Fifteen people took part in the panel and the purpose was a debate with the representatives of communal institutions, civil sector and political parties to learn about the problems they have to cope with in making their work transparent for the public. In addition, the purpose of the debate was to offer a dialog which could give a solution how to change the existing practice in the functioning of the communal institutioins. Besides these two topics , participants talked about a survey conducted in 4 public institutions in Zrenjanin.
