Through CBC programme Romania-Serbia Phare 2004, Regional Agency for economic development from Timisoara - ADETIM conducts the project "Integrated Romanian-Serbian network through strenghtening of Regional development Agencies of Timis and Caras-Severin counties". The partnership that provides this project includes following partners:

- European Movement in Serbia, Zrenjanin

- Caras-Severin County
This project is being funded by EU from the CBC programme where the main goal is capacity buinlding for regional, socio-economic development.
